Review: Pond's White Beauty Mineral Clay Face wash Foam

I've never been a big fan of face washes because not all the face washes which claim to work for your skin do something exceptional. So, I always revolve around my favorite products. Recently, I bought a new face wash and would like to share my experience with you.

So, today let's talk about a new product launched by Pond's that is Pond's white beauty mineral clay instant brightness face wash foam. I know it's a long name to remember but you can always come back here if it slips from your head. Anyway, let's start.

This face wash comes in an inverted tube of white and pink color. It has a solid plastic packaging (matte look) with a traditional flip open cap which holds the product inside the tube well.

Just like Fuller's earth, Moroccan red clay has many skin and hair benefits. Clays are known for their skin tightening properties and Moroccan clay is no exception! Being an excellent detoxifier, it has already taken its place in the vanity of many skincare specialists. It also cleanses and absorbs extra sebum from deep within the pores. 

Benefits of Vitamin B3+:

Vitamin B3+ also known as niacinamide is a powerful anti-aging ingredient that also helps to fight acne problems. Niacinamide has brightening properties which is why it is used in many cosmetic products. It also improves the skin's tendency to retain moisture.

Appearance

Smell: 

Ponds clay face wash has an almost similar smell like all other Ponds products. It is not that mild and also not that strong at the same time.

Formulation:

This face wash by Ponds is a thick cream-based cleanser with black minute granules. These tiny particles give your skin a gentle exfoliation. So, I would call it a cleanser cum exfoliator.

Results:

I have been using the ponds clay face wash for quite a few days now and it really goes deep into the pores and sucks out extra oil from your skin. My skin looked clean and bright post the usage. But, my skin felt dry around cheeks(I've combination skin) and if you have sensitive skin then those small particles can be harsh on your skin.

This clay face wash will work the best for oily skin because it proves what it claims that is absorbing impurities and leaving the skin looking bright and glowy.

NOTE: I do not recommend it to dry skin people.

Tip: 

The backside of the face wash directs to put it directly onto the dry skin and then gently massage it but due to its thick consistency, I found it difficult to glide smoothly on my skin. So, I advise you to apply it on wet or damp skin.
